Abstract
This document describes the Reliable and Available Wireless (RAW) Architecture. RAW extends deterministic networking concepts to wireless segments where radio conditions, interference, mobility, and constrained devices can make packet delivery less predictable.
The architecture explains how RAW can use redundant paths, scheduled resources, packet replication and elimination, and operations, administration, and maintenance (OAM) functions to provide high reliability and availability over wireless networks.
