Abstract
RFC 9960 specifies the architecture, signaling model, and procedures for Segment Routing Point-to-Multipoint Policies. An SR P2MP Policy builds efficient P2MP trees in an SR domain for SR-MPLS and SRv6, defines candidate paths (CPs), P2MP tree instances (PTIs), and Replication segment usage, and updates the Replication-ID portion of the Replication-SID control-plane identifier from RFC 9524.
