6. Base 32 Encoding

Base32 uses 32 US-ASCII characters, so each output character represents 5 bits. The standard alphabet is A-Z followed by 2-7, with = as the pad character.

Encoding processes 40-bit groups: five input octets become eight Base32 characters. A short final group is padded on the right with zero bits and represented with = padding.
