It changes [RFC1034] by making it explicit that NXDOMAIN means "nothing underneath".

Aggiorna [RFC2308] estendendo il caching negativo per coprire l'intero sottoalbero sotto il nome inesistente.

It updates [RFC2308] by extending negative caching to cover the entire subtree below the nonexistent name.
