Questa tabella offre una spiegazione sull'architettura di traduzione degli indirizzi utilizzando una combinazione di traduzione stateful al PLAT e traduzione stateless al CLAT. Il client in questa tabella è delegato un prefisso IPv6 da un meccanismo di delega dei prefissi come DHCPv6 Prefix Delegation (DHCPv6-PD) [RFC3633]; pertanto, ha un prefisso IPv6 dedicato per la traduzione.
