Lokal, wenn: Destination-Host enthält lokale Identität; oder kein Destination-Host, Destination-Realm ist lokal konfiguriert und Anwendung lokal unterstützt; oder beide fehlen. Die Antwort erzeugt man nach Abschnitt 6.2.
