本文将 BCP 172 中不使用 AS_SET 和 AS_CONFED_SET 的建议提升为 BGP 中的标准要求. 它禁止发起这些 AS_PATH segment types, 更新 RFC 4271 和 RFC 5065, 并废止 RFC 6472, 以简化 BGP 行为并支持 BGP security mechanisms 的部署.
