2.3.2. q-component

q-component 的功能类似于 URI query component [RFC3986], 但使用不同语法以保持与早期 URN syntax 规范的向后兼容性.

序列 "?=" 引入 q-component. q-component 以 "#" 字符 (number sign, 开始 f-component) 结束. 如果该字符未出现, q-component 延伸到 URN 末尾.

如第 3 节所述, 在确定 URN-equivalence 时不应考虑 q-component.

q-component 可用于传递参数, 这些参数将由被标识资源或用于管理该资源的软件解释. q-component 的确切语义取决于 URN namespace 和/或资源性质, 本规范不定义这些语义.
