8. TLS Requirements (TLS 要求)

本规范的 TLS 要求与 JWS 第 8 节相同. 当应用通过网络获取 key material, JWK Set, certificate chain 或其他安全敏感元数据时, 应使用经过认证并提供 confidentiality/integrity 的 TLS 连接.

JWE 本身保护 message content, 但传输层仍可能暴露 metadata, endpoint identity 或 key discovery 过程. 因此实现和应用协议应为相关 HTTP request 使用合适的 TLS 版本和证书验证.
