12.2. P2MP MPLS LSPs (P2MP MPLS LSP)

使用 P2MP LSP 的过程与 [RFC7117] 中描述的 VPLS 过程非常相似. PE 用于发送特定 EVPN 实例的 unknown unicast, broadcast 或 multicast traffic 的 P-tunnel attribute, 按第 11 节 ("Handling of Multi-destination Traffic") 所述在 Inclusive Multicast Ethernet Tag route 中通告.

P-tunnel attribute 指定 P2MP LSP identifier. 这等价于 [RFC7117] 中描述的 Inclusive tree. 注意, 多个 Ethernet tag 可以使用 upstream label [RFC7117] 共享同一个 P2MP LSP, 这些 Ethernet tag 可能位于不同 EVPN 实例中. 这等价于 Aggregate Inclusive tree [RFC7117]. 当 P2MP LSP 用于泛洪 unknown unicast traffic 时, 可能发生数据包重排序.

在 PMSI Tunnel attribute 指定的 P2MP LSP 上收到数据包的 PE MUST 将该数据包视为 broadcast, multicast 或 unknown unicast packet. 此外, 如果 MAC 地址是 unicast MAC address, 则 PE MUST 将该数据包视为 unknown unicast packet.
