5.3.2. Capabilities-Exchange-Answer

Capabilities-Exchange-Answer (CEA) 由命令码 257 且命令标志 R 清除标识, 作为对 CER 的响应发送.

当 Diameter 运行于 SCTP [RFC4960] 或 DTLS/SCTP [RFC6083] 之上时, 连接可跨多个接口因而多个 IP 地址, CEA 必须为本地在发送 Diameter 消息时可能使用的每个潜在 IP 地址各包含一个 Host-IP-Address AVP.
