被声明为常量的变量，可以在运行时放入只读存储器。

label 声明用于声明这样一些单元，其值可以是程序中各标签的机器地址。这不是 B5500 的标签声明。

在 pipe 声明中，每一对中的第一个 .ID 是管道的名称，第二个是该管道的初始起点。
