4. 使用 MP_REACH_NLRI Attribute 通告 IPv4 NLRI (Advertising IPv4 NLRI with the MP_REACH_NLRI Attribute)

MP_REACH_NLRI attribute 可用于通告 IPv4 Network Layer Reachability Information. 该 attribute 使用 IPv4 Address Family Identifier (Address Family Identifier value 设置为 1).

当 MP_REACH_NLRI attribute 用于通告 IPv4 NLRI 时, next hop information 将携带在该 attribute 的 Network Address of Next Hop field 中.

BGP speaker 可以使用此 attribute 向其 peer 通告一条可行路由, 而使用传统 BGP-4 机制本无法通告该路由, 因为该路由的 next hop 可能属于不同于相关 Network Layer Reachability Information 的 network layer protocol.
