1. Introduction

The Internet Protocol Police (IPP), introduced in [RFC8962], is presented as a force for defending Internet architectural principles and the community's rules of sanity.

The IPP has long had a stern schedule for punishing infractions. That schedule has often been applied informally, but the community has complained that punishment can feel indiscriminate and unaccountable.

This document therefore publishes the schedule for the enlightenment of the IETF community, especially newcomers.
