2. Conventions and Terminology
The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT",
"SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "NOT RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and
"OPTIONAL" in this document are to be interpreted as described in
BCP 14 [RFC2119] [RFC8174] when, and only when, they appear in all
capitals, as shown here.
Downstream UDP Speed Test: A client-initiated Network Capacity
measurement between a server acting as sender and a client acting
as receiver.
Upstream UDP Speed Test: A client-initiated Network Capacity
measurement between a client acting as sender and a server acting
as receiver.
In this document, the term "message" and the term "Protocol Data
Unit", or "PDU" [RFC5044], are used interchangeably.
