The Key Download (KD) payload contains cryptographic key material for group security associations.

Contains Traffic Encrypting Keys for data protection.

5.5.2. KEK Download Type​

Contains Key Encrypting Keys for re-key protection.

5.5.3. LKH Download Type​

Contains Logical Key Hierarchy keys for efficient group member management.
