RFC 9965 は .ARPA Zone Management を更新し, eap-noob.arpa を (DEPRECATED) とし, eap.arpa を追加し, Special-Use Domain Names に eap.arpa. を登録する。また EAP Provisioning Identifiers registry を作成する。
