概要 (Abstract)

この文書は RFC 9097 で規定された One-Way IP Capacity metrics の測定に必要なプロトコルサポートを扱う. 同 RFC の Method of Measurement では, 受信側から送信側へフィードバックチャネルを設け, 送信レートをほぼリアルタイムに制御する必要がある. この文書は RFC 9097 に記述された測定および関連測定を実施するための UDP Speed Test Protocol (UDPSTP) を定義する.
