4.4.2. 考虑 URI Scheme (Considering URI Schemes)

使用 HTTP 的 application MUST 允许使用 "https" URI scheme, 并且 SHOULD NOT 允许使用 "http" URI scheme, 除非 operational consideration 要求使用后者 (例如 application 部署在 TLS 不可用的网络上).
