9. ICE Restart

ICE agent 可以在会话期间重启 ICE 处理. 这称为 ICE restart.

ICE restart 会导致丢弃所有先前收集的 candidate, 并启动新的 candidate 收集过程. 还必须生成新的 username fragment 和 password.

ICE restart 的原因可能包括:

• 网络拓扑变化
• Candidate pair 失败
• 添加或移除数据流
