摘要 (Abstract)

本文档定义了 ChaCha20 流密码以及 Poly1305 认证器的使用, 它们既可以作为独立算法, 也可以作为"组合模式", 即带关联数据的认证加密 (Authenticated Encryption with Associated Data, AEAD) 算法。
