11.2. P-Tunnel Identification (P-Tunnel 标识)​

为了标识用于发送 broadcast, unknown unicast 或 multicast traffic 的 P-tunnel, Inclusive Multicast Ethernet Tag route MUST 携带 [RFC6514] 中规定的 Provider Multicast Service Interface (PMSI) Tunnel attribute.

根据 PE 上 EVPN 实例的 P-tunnel 所使用的技术, Inclusive Multicast Ethernet Tag route 的 PMSI Tunnel attribute 按如下方式构造.

  • 如果发起通告的 PE 对 EVPN 的 P-tunnel 使用 P-multicast tree, 则 PMSI Tunnel attribute MUST 包含该树的 identity (注意, PE 可以在该树实际实例化之前创建该树的 identity).

  • 对 P-tunnel 使用 P-multicast tree 的 PE MAY 将该 PE 上存在的两个或更多 EVPN 实例 (EVI) 聚合到同一棵树上. 在这种情况下, 除携带该树的 identity 外, PMSI Tunnel attribute MUST 携带一个 MPLS upstream assigned label, 该标签由该 PE 唯一绑定到与此更新关联的 EVI (由其 RT 确定).

如果 PE 已经为两个或更多现在希望聚合的 EVI 通告了 Inclusive Multicast Ethernet Tag route, 则该 PE MUST 重新通告这些路由. 重新通告的路由 MUST 与原路由相同, PMSI Tunnel attribute 以及该属性中携带的标签除外.

  • 如果发起通告的 PE 对 EVPN 的 P-tunnel 使用 ingress replication, 则该路由 MUST 包含 PMSI Tunnel attribute, 其中 Tunnel Type 设置为 Ingress Replication, Tunnel Identifier 设置为该 PE 的可路由地址. PMSI Tunnel attribute MUST 携带一个 downstream assigned MPLS label. 该标签用于对 PE 通过 MP2P tunnel 收到的 broadcast, multicast 或 unknown unicast EVPN traffic 进行解复用.

  • PMSI Tunnel attribute 的 Leaf Information Required flag MUST 设置为零, 并且接收时 MUST 忽略.
