Appendix A. 相对 RFC 2616 的变更 (Changes from RFC 2616)

澄清了当 request 带有 "no-cache" request directive 时, cache 可以使用已存储 response (Section 4).

从 caching protocol goal 的描述中移除了对 "semantic transparency" 的引用.

放宽了对 unsafe request method 的 2xx 和 3xx response 中, cache 必须 invalidate 由 Location 和 Content-Location response header field 标识的 resource 的 requirement (Section 4.4).
