BCP 14 keywords are interpreted as described in RFC 2119 and RFC 8174 only when they appear in all capitals.

Important terms include CC, CWND, IW, RTT, BDP, Remote Endpoint, saved_remote_endpoint, saved_cwnd, saved_rtt, jump_cwnd, PipeSize, flight_size, ssthresh, Beta, max_jump, ECN-CE, RTO, and Lifetime. Logging support can record events such as path_changed, packet_loss, ECN_CE, rtt_not_validated, rate_limited, and exit_recovery.
