7. IANA Considerations

7.1 JSON Web Signature and Encryption Algorithms Registry​

This specification establishes and initially populates the IANA "JSON Web Signature and Encryption Algorithms" registry.

Registered algorithms include all "alg" and "enc" values defined in Sections 3, 4, and 5 of this document.

7.2 Header Parameter Names Registration​

Registers new JOSE Header Parameter names for key agreement and key encryption.
