2. Terminology

Within this document, the term 'ticket' refers to a cryptographically protected data structure that is created and consumed by the server to rebuild session-specific state.

The key words "MUST", "MUST NOT", "REQUIRED", "SHALL", "SHALL NOT", "SHOULD", "SHOULD NOT", "RECOMMENDED", "MAY", and "OPTIONAL" in this document are to be interpreted as described in [RFC2119].
