IANA has assigned TLS Extension Type value 35 for the SessionTicket TLS extension from the TLS ExtensionType registry defined in [RFC4366].

IANA has assigned TLS HandshakeType value 4 for the NewSessionTicket handshake message from the TLS HandshakeType registry defined in [RFC4346].
