4.2. Well-known Values

Command responder applications should use the Transport Service access point snmp-clts and/or snmp-cons (for CLTS and CONS, respectively). Command generator applications should use the Transport Service access point snmptrap.

These values are TSEL values that are defined in the current administration of OSI NSAP values. When an agent is operating as a proxy agent, it should use Transport Service access point snmp-clts or snmp-cons (for CLTS and CONS, respectively).
