2. Bootstrap Key

この仕組みは EC Bootstrap Key (BSK) に依存する。BSK MUST be suitable for ECDSA. BSK public key MUST be DER encoded ASN.1 SEQUENCE SubjectPublicKeyInfo, subjectPublicKey MUST be compressed, and the encoding MUST include AlgorithmIdentifier and subjectPublicKey. BSK public key MUST NOT be freely available on the network.
