9.1. Mandatory-to-Implement Cipher Suites (実装必須の暗号スイート)

TLS準拠アプリケーションは、TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256 [GCM]暗号スイートを実装しなければなりません（MUST）。

9.2. Mandatory-to-Implement Extensions (実装必須の拡張)

TLS準拠アプリケーションは、以下のTLS拡張を実装しなければなりません（MUST）：

• Supported Versions
• Cookie
• Signature Algorithms
• Negotiated Groups
• Key Share
• Server Name Indication

9.3. Protocol Invariants (プロトコル不変条件)

TLSエンドポイントとミドルボックスが従わなければならない不変条件。
