Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP)
概要
本書は、複数の認証方式をサポートする認証フレームワークである Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) を定義する。EAP は、PPP や IEEE 802 などのリンク層で使用されるように設計されており、バックエンド認証サーバーを通じた「パススルー」動作が可能である。本メモは [RFC2284] を廃止する。
