$autosent marks system-generated messages sent on behalf of the user, such as vacation replies. $followed marks a thread the user wants to follow; it is mutually exclusive with $muted, and if both are present in a thread, servers MUST treat the thread as followed. $imported marks messages imported from another system.

$istrusted means the server has verified the sender name and email address with high confidence; it MUST NOT be used merely because SPF, DKIM, or DMARC passed. $maskedemail marks mail received through a masked address or alias. $muted marks a thread the user does not want to follow. $new asks clients to make a message more prominent after recent activity. $notify asks clients to present a notification for the message.
