2. Outreach and Survey

The Program Committee engaged operators at venues such as RIPE, NANOG, APRICOT, LACNIC, and AutoConn, invited position papers and expressions of interest, and conducted the SURVEY used to inform workshop discussion. After the workshop, PC members continued engaging operators to gather feedback and shape next steps.
