7. IANA Considerations

RFC 9967 registers the HTTP field name Set-Txn as permanent, updates the ServiceProviderConfig schema reference, and creates the SCIM Event URIs registry under the SCIM Schema URIs registry group. The SCIM Event URIs registry uses Expert Review.

URN structure: urn:ietf:params:scim:event:{class}:{name}:{other}. class is feed, prov, or misc. Once allocated, a name MUST NOT be reallocated for a different purpose.
