QProt trennt mechanism und policy. Mechanism identifiziert flows, haelt per-flow state und sammelt queuing score. Policy entscheidet ueber action. State nutzt meist Layer 4 5-tuple; t_exp ist die expiry time des transformierten Scores. AGING default ist 2^19 B/s, etwa 4 Mb/s.
